Press down to enter the heavy weight mode

Press X to change to the normal mode

Move with the right and left arrow keys or buttons

Press A on the controller or Z on the keyboard to jump

Press UP and JUMP to super jump

Fall with high speed using heavy and switch to light before touching the ground to bounce
